1.Application: Suitable for hot-press forming for all kinds of drum brake lining.
2.Performance characteristics: The mould adopt high grade of 40cr alloy structual steel, then complete through precise machining after hammering. So it is structural durabilities. The mould is composed of upper mould, bottom mould, intercalary plate, damper plate, the plate which use to up and down the mould and guide bushing. The upper and bottom mould are formed by processing according to machining center or accurate grinding. It has the advantages of Simple operation, High efficiency, Low labour intensity, High precision and Stable quality etc. It is the specialized mould for supporting manufacturers and high quality products.
3.Technical data:
Material of template: 40Cr forging materials (or 45# steel)
Hardness of heat treatment for upper mould : 26-300
Hardness of heat treatment for bottom mould : 40-420
Thickness of plating chrome: 0.03-0.05mm (branded hardware)
The inner-arc clearance of brake linings after hot-press forming: ＜0.15mm
Tolerance of thickness: ＜±0.5mm
4. Operation method：
Firstly, Adjust the travel of press properly before proceeding, then put the semifinished product or packing material into the cavity; According to different formulas, the stroke of mould is controlled by stroke switch of press, pressure maintains 3-12 minutes after gassing.
